With "Arcane Past: The Celestial Grimoire", LIMBONIC ART deliver the ultimate testament of their early years. This massive 8-CD legacy artbook collects all the Norwegian black metal cult band's classic works from demos to first albums as well as the previously unreleased "1994 Demo".
Founded in 1993, LIMBONIC ART released their debut album "Moon in the Scorpio" in 1996 via Nocturnal Art Productions, the label of EMPEROR guitarist Samoth aka Tomas Thormodsæter Haugen, after the band's early tapes had captured his ear. The band's, at the time, quite unique combination of harsh Nordic black metal with cinematic elements inspired by romantic and classic orchestral music proved extremely influential in the following years. LIMBONIC ART have always been an elusive creation that rarely appeared live, for example with a stunning performance at the Black Whitsun sub-festival of the doomed millennium year edition of the Wave Gotik Treffen (2000) in Leipzig, Germany. In the new century, Daemon also joined ZYKLON for a while, but in February 2003, LIMBONIC ART officially broke up. However, Daemon reformed the band in 2006. After another extended period of silence, the Norwegian cult act made an acclaimed comeback with their ninth full-length "Opus Daemoniacal" in 2024. "Arcane Past: The Celestial Grimoire" is closing the circle and offers LIMBONIC ART's complete classics and rarities for the first time collected on CD.

APTORIAN DEMON hail from Trondheim, Norway. They were founded by vocalist, guitarist and sole member Storhetsvanviddets Mester, who has also been known as Ghâsh. APTORIAN DEMON embody black metal in its original bleak and raw form. Their mastermind is neither apologetic about this, nor about the hateful, misanthropic, and satanic content. This is what black metal is about. Storhetsvanviddets Mester is a lone wolf, who does not want to be associated with previous bands or the Nidrosian scene. APTORIAN DEMON have previously released the EP "Angst, jammer og fortvilelse" in 2005 and the debut album "Libertus" (2012), which gained the band a dedicated following in the underground. Naturally, there are no social media outlets. APTORIAN DEMON have deigned the time to be right for their sophomore full-length. Austria has spawned a very distinct black metal cult that has always been removed from its German and French neighbours. Spearheaded by individualist acts such as ABIGOR and SUMMONING, it was inevitable that the evolutionary tree of this scene would develop branches in exploration of new creative directions. AMESTIGON are so closely related to the two bands previously mentioned both in terms of their revolving members and in style that they have become regarded as bonded by blood. At the time of their founding in Vienna in 1993, vocalist and keyboard player Tharen, who sang on the 1993 ABIGOR demos and guitarist Thurisaz, who later became the frontman of ABIGOR, started the first band of their own. True to their original mission statement of making ground-breaking works from genre-shaping bands available again, Kyrck Productions & Armour is now presenting two early works of AMESTIGON for the first time on vinyl. "Mysterious Realms" features material from the 1996 split with ANGIZIA and the ltd. EP "Remembering Ancient Origins". The latter was released in 2000 and featured ABIGOR and SUMMONING vocalist Silenius.

In February 2003, the duo broke up, but Daemon reformed the band in 2006. He continued to release the LIMBONIC ART albums "Phantasmagoria" (2010) and "Spectre Abysm" (2017). "Opus Daemoniacal" connects the present to the early sound of the Norwegian cult act, which is bound to appeal to friends of their first albums as well as to a new generation of classic Norse black metal connoisseurs.
